TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that by making a payment, you do so subject to the Terms & Conditions set out below. These Terms & Conditions do not pertain to Bespoke Orders.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving your first round of proofs, no problem, you will be issued a full refund. If work has already started on your proofs, a Design Fee of £47 will be deducted from your order and the balance refunded to you.

Once you have received your wedding stationery we do not accept returns unless your items are incorrect due to an error on our part or faulty.

DELIVERY

The standard delivery charge of £7.47 is applied to each order within the UK. Overseas delivery is available and prices are quoted at checkout.

Your order will be safely and beautifully packaged into a solid box and delivered by courier using a signed for service.

As the delivery is to be signed for, there will need to be someone available to sign for it, you will be advised of the delivery day, but if you can provide a different address if need be.

Due to their size, Table Plans will be delivered in a separate package.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

As standard, refunds and exchanges are made only if goods are found faulty. Any faults or defects must be advised by email within 3 days of receiving your order.

Your complete order must then be returned to us, in its entirety within 7 days. The full order must be packaged securely so as to avoid any damage likely to be incurred during transportation.

If any part of your order is deemed to be faulty on the part of Leonie Gordon London we will correct or replace your goods with the same.

A full refund will only be offered if the order is faulty in its entirety. Please note that we do not accept returns due to typographical errors nor can we refund or replace unwanted goods.

Leonie Gordon London does not accept liability for any additions you make to your Stationery that is not undertaken by Leonie Gordon London i.e. Calligraphy.

SAMPLES & PHOTOGRAPHY

Leonie Gordon London reserve the right to photograph the items and use them on our website and/or for advertising and marketing purposes. We also reserve the right to use any surplus stationery produced as samples to demonstrate our products to other customers. If you do not wish for your stationery to be photographed or used as printed samples this is not a problem but we must be notified of this prior to confirming your order.

COPYRIGHT

You must obtain permission for any copyright material in relation to any photographs, text, hymns or poems provided by you that are featured in the design of your Stationery. All designs remain the copyright and property of Leonie Gordon London. Neither you, nor a third party may copy or reproduce any part of the design in any way. Leonie Gordon London reserves the right to offer any illustrations, motifs and monograms we have created for you to other clients and to use them on any products, advertising and marketing materials.

LIABILITY

It is your responsibility to proof read the Final Draft for all of your Invitations and Stationery items to ensure that every detail including; layout, fonts, grammar, punctuation and spelling is perfect. Your order will not be sent to print until a signed Approval Form is received. Any delay to the project timescale due to sending back the signed Approval Form is your responsibility.

Leonie Gordon London accepts no responsibility for the effect of ageing on any of the materials used. Leonie Gordon London is not responsible for damage to your Stationery after it leaves our care. This includes damage during delivery and during assembly, posting or delivery to your guests.
