FAQ's

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship anywhere in the world both Royal Mail and all the major courier services deliver to. International shipping fees are invoiced at cost prior to dispatch.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE??

The standard delivery charge of £9.97 is applied to each order within the UK. 

Your order will be safely and beautifully packaged into a solid box and delivered by courier using a signed for service.

As the delivery is to be signed for, there will need to be someone in to sign for it, you will be advised of the delivery day prior to dispatch.

Due to their size, Table Plans will be delivered in a separate package which is charged separately at £9.97.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will be dispatched within 15 working days from receiving your signed approval of proofs.

 

HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?

Your order will be safely and beautifully packaged into a solid box and sent via Special Delivery by Royal Mail or a courier. We'll arrange delivery with you as your order will need to be accepted and signed for.

You're also welcome to arrange collection from our Studio in Brentford, West London.

 

CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE?

Of course! We even offer Personalised Samples so that you can see exactly what your Invitations will look like.

We strongly advise that you order a Sample so that you can also see and feel the quality of our work for yourself!

Plus all Samples are fully refundable once you place an order, you’ll receive a discount code to claim the cost of your Samples up to the value of £20.

  

WILL I SEE PROOFS BEFORE MY ORDER IS PRINTED?

Yes! You’ll be emailed a PDF proof of each item ordered for you to review. It's only once you have approved these proofs that your order will be sent to print.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RUN OUT OF INVITATIONS?

We advise that you order an extra 20% Invitations for spares, as more often than not there are last minute additions to your guest list, Invitations get lost in the post and you may want extras for keepsakes.

If you find you still need additional Invitations, then providing there are no changes to make, we will produce them for you at the same cost with a minimum order of 5 Invitations.

  

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

As standard, refunds and exchanges are made only if goods are found faulty.  Any faults or defects must be advised by email within 3 days of receiving your order.

Your faulty goods must be returned to us, within 14 days and must be packaged securely so as to avoid any damage likely to be incurred during transportation.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel you order prior to receiving your first round of proofs, no that's no problem at all, simply email studio@leoniegordon.com for a full refund. However, if work has already been started on your proofs, a Design Fee of £47 will be deducted from your order and the balance refunded to you.

Once you have received your order we do not accept returns unless your items are incorrect due to an error on our part or deemed faulty.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE FONT?

Unfortunately not, as all elements have been carefully considered and designed with the best fonts and layouts for each design.  However, you are welcome to change the sentence case and of course the colours to suit your personal tastes, this is all part of your service. 

 

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOURS TO SUIT MY SCHEME?

Yes of course! All ink colours can be changed on all elements to suit your personal tastes, these will be requested from you in an email once you’ve placed your order.

 

ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes! Envelopes are included in the price for all items that require them, these are plain and blank (i.e. they do not come printed as standard).

You’re also given 10% extra envelopes for spares, just in case you make any errors when addressing.
